EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
The OltreVoce Choir is not limited to musical excellence on stage; it is also actively engaged in the education and training of new talent through seminars and workshops led by industry professionals.

The program will not only offer training seminars dedicated to singing, but also covers all the subjects needed to develop an artist. The OltreVoce Project will therefore be able to offer workshops led by directors, choir and orchestra conductors, covering recordings, music rights, vocal hygiene, and much more.

The senior members of the OltreVoce Choir will have the opportunity to share their extensive experience not only through concerts but also through workshops and interactive meetings with high school and university students, encouraging them to explore the world of choral music.
Senior artists who have enjoyed a long-standing collaboration with Teatro alla Scala offer their experience to lead workshops and master classes around the world.
Drawing lessons from the Venezuelan musical education model "El Sistema"—the origin of artists such as Gustav Dudamel—the OltreVoce Project aims to provide an additional tool for the emancipation of the most vulnerable groups through music.
Here too, careful selection of teachers is essential; a pool of singing teachers with degrees in psychology and already active in the social field has already been identified.
​Vocal coaches specialized in teaching pop singing have also been selected.
